SYNOPSIS
        enable 'RequestHeaders',
            set => ['Accept-Encoding' => 'identity'],
            unset => ['Authorization'];

DESCRIPTION
    This middleware allows the modification of HTTP request headers. For
    instance, util for use with Plack::App::Proxy.
